Please read these Terms of trade carefully. By accessing www.SamplesPlus.co.nz or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms of trade below. These terms of trade are subject to change without notice.

Terms and Conditions

The sale or supply of all products and services from the Samples Plus Internet site are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Samples Plus shall make every effort to keep the information on this website update.
• Samples Plus has the right to refuse the sale or supply of any product or service or medicine where we deem appropriate.
• Every effort will be made to supply you with your order, however, we do not accept liability should we decline an order or fail to supply due to unforeseen circumstances.
• At all times the route and method of dispatch is at the discretions of Samples Plus. Samples Plus contracts Post Haste Couriers and or its affiliated agents for deliveries; we shall not be liable for failure to deliver on a timely basis due to causes beyond our control.
• Liability limited to price of product.
• No liability for consequential loss.
• Samples Plus is available to New Zealand residents only
• The reselling of Samples, Collateral, and or Demonstration Products is strictly prohibited.

Reselling

The sale of Samples, Collateral, Demonstration products and or any items that have zero value at the time of ordering (Net Price), is strictly prohibited, unless authorized by Samples Plus and or the partner pharmaceutical company. Such authorisation must be obtained in writing prior to any reselling being initiated. Any Samples, Collateral or Demonstration products supplied by Samples Plus, which are no longer required for the purpose that they were supplied should be returned to either Samples Plus or the partner pharmaceutical company.

The exporting of any products purchased from Samples Plus is strictly prohibited where it contravenes the terms of Trade of the partner pharmaceutical company.

Payment

Samples Plus accepts payment by a number of convenient options; the available options are presented as you process through the ‘check out’ when purchasing online.

• By Credit Card – Visa, MasterCard and American Express
• By Cheque; Payment must be cleared before the order is dispatch
• By Bank Transfer; Payment must received before the order is dispatch
• On Account; Credit terms and conditions apply

Pricing

All prices quoted on the Samples Plus website included GST and are New Zealand Dollars. These prices are subject to change without notice.

Delivery

Our objective is to process all orders with 1 to 3 working days. However, if your order is required before a certain date please contact us.

Once an order has been dispatched, you should receive it within the following time frame;

• Metropolitan Auckland; 1 -2 business days
• North Island- Non Rural; 2 – 3 Business days
• Rest of New Zealand-Non Rural; 3 – 4 business days
• Rural Deliveries; 3 – 6 business days

If you have not received your order within the time frame specified above, you must contact us immediately on 0800 JNJ SAMPLES or Customerservice@samplesPlus.co.nz.

Samples Plus sends all orders using track and trace and ‘SIGNATURE REQUIRED’ methods. If you chose to have an order sent out ‘No Signature Required’ or instructions to leave, then the order will not be covered by insurance and will not be replaced or reimbursed in the unlikely event of lost or damage.

All orders will be sent out to the shipping address that you confirmed at the time of ordering. It is your responsibility to ensure that delivery information is accurate and complete. Returns, Refunds and Cancellation

Any unopened items still in its original packaging can be returned to Samples Plus within SEVEN days of the receipt of your order for an exchange or full refund. Only items purchased from Samples Plus with a valid authorisation number can be return. Please contact us first to obtain an authorisation number and the procedure that must be followed to return the unwanted product. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning a product to Samples Plus. Once the product has been returned your refund will be processed. Please ensure all returns are packaged adequately as refunds will not be issued on damaged items.

If Samples Plus has sent you the incorrect items, we will send you the correct item along with a courier ticket for the return.

You can cancel any order prior to it being dispatched and received a full refund. Please contact us immediately via telephone (0800 JNJ SAMPLES) or email Customerservice@samplesPlus.co.nz to inform us of the cancellation request, please included the order number and your contact details. Once your requested has been completed, you will receive a refund via the payment method or credit card used for the original order.

Backorders

In general all products on this website are in stock. However, depending upon demand an item may be placed on backorder. Stock is normally replenished within Seven days, at which point all backorders are dispatched. If you wish to cancel an order for any backordered item please contact us immediately to arrange a refund.

In the unlikely event that a purchased product is discontinued or is not available for extended period we will contact you and discuss your available options.
